Law enforcement is investigating Chris Brown for allegedly assaulting a woman at his Los Angeles home over the weekend. According to TMZ, Chris Breezy is under investigation for assault and battery after a woman claimed he slapped her on the back of the head so hard that her weave came loose during An altercation.
Police sources told TMZ that police responded to Breezy’s San Fernando Valley home over the weekend, where police met the alleged victim.
The woman reportedly told police that Chris Brown’s slap caused part of his weaving to pop out, prompting police to write a battery report with Chris Brown named as a suspect.
Sources told TMZ that the alleged victim had no injuries other than the allegedly dislodged weaving. No arrests were made in connection with the investigation.
This battery case will most likely be sent to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, as it would be considered a misdemeanor charge if Breezy were arrested.
Chris Brown’s house sparked a lot of action during the pandemic and is a place the cops know all too well.
This is the second time in as many months that cops have been called to Breezy’s mansion, the first being his huge birthday party in early May, which the LAPD broke up in the early hours of the morning. No one was arrested in this incident either.
Chris’s team has yet to speak publicly about the latest assault charge.
