The Cast of Finding Alice: Who’s Returning for Season 2 of the ITV1 Comedy Drama Series?

Finding Alice fans will be counting the days until the second series airs on ITV1 – but who will be in the cast of Finding Alice season 2?

We know Keeley Hawes will definitely be back as the grieving widow Alice …

After all, the series is named after him!

The first series followed her attempts to rebuild her life after the tragic death of her husband Harry.

Find Alice in the casting season 2: Who’s back?

Viewers can expect the entire motley team to return in the second series.

The second series will continue where the first left off.

Producer Nicola Shindler said in a statement: “I am delighted to be able to continue to tell the very original story of Alice with the writing of Roger and Simon.

“And Keeley Hawes will be back to explore Alice’s increasingly complicated life.”

Of course, Keeley will return as a grieving widower and now single mother Alice.

TV legends Joanna Lumley and Nigel Havers will reprise their roles as parents of Alice, Sarah and Roger.

The all-star cast also includes Gentleman Jack star Gemma Jones and Bancroft’s Kenneth Cranham as Minnie and Gerry, Alice’s in-laws.

Isabella Pappas of Paranoid is Alice and Harry’s 16-year-old daughter, Charlotte, while Sharon Rooney of My Big Fat Diary is Harry’s sister, Nicola.

George Webster portrays Harry’s not-so-secret son, plus George.

Meanwhile, Rhashan Stone must surely return as Alice’s friend and Nathan’s potential lover.

Viewers will have to wait and see if Safe House star Jason Merrells will return to play Alice’s hapless husband Harry as a flashback.

When is Finding Alice season 2?

Filming for the new Finding Alice series will begin in February 2022.

So we can expect the second series of Finding Alice to air later that year.

The second round will again feature six episodes of 30 minutes each.

What happened at the end of the first series?

Finding Alice Viewers saw Alice make the downright savage decision to have Harry’s baby “harvested” using sperm before she died.

Viewers have learned that Harry’s frozen sperm sample may also have been used to father two children for his business partner, Tanvi.

We also learned that George had sinister motives for contacting – and not just Harry’s legacy …

Executive producer Keeley said of the second series: “I am very happy to be reunited with the brilliant team behind Finding Alice for a second series.

“We were honored to hear so many viewers recounting the experience of mourning Alice.

“And we can’t wait to share the next leg of his journey.”

After a year, the second series will explore the aftermath of Alice’s decision to have her late husband’s baby.

He will explore the impact of this decision on his friends and family.

Finding Alice will return on ITV1 in 2022. The first series is currently still available for viewers to catch up on through the ITV hub.
