And it turns out that Lily is Prince Harry’s favorite name for a baby girl too.
It would be a nice nod to the queen who was known as Lillibet during her childhood.

The insider added, “Someone in the crowd later revealed that he asked her how she spells his daughter’s name – Lily. He was very interested in it.”
Additionally, at their wedding in 2018, Harry and Meghan’s bridesmaids wore flower crowns containing lily of the valley.
What’s the favorite baby name right now?
Lily’s suggestion comes as Philippa has become the bookies’ favorite baby name for the toddler with a 3/1 odds.
It comes just a few months after the death of Harry’s grandfather, Prince Philip, and would give him a gentle wink.
Other names are said to be in contention, including Diana at 5/1 and Elizabeth at 10/1.
