Speaking to social media, Jake said: “A few people are asking about Leo’s hernia, we just noticed in the groin area, it was a little lump growing.
“It seems to have improved on its own, but he has been waiting for this appointment at the hospital for a few weeks.
“So we’re going to do it anyway, to have it checked. But I hope it works out on its own.
Turns out he needs a little operation
“We have been told that it is very common and does not suffer from it at all.”
After the hospital appointment, Jake explained that Leo had to have a small operation.
He added: “So it turns out he needs a little operation, he’s not in pain, but where he’s in his groin he can strangle himself and get into his testicles roughly. .

“It’s quite worrying but we have to wait about six weeks for the hospital to contact us.
“But better deal with the problem if it can cause future problems and he looks pretty happy he’s not in pain like I said.”
Additionally, Jake shared, “Better deal with this, it’s just worrying. I got a lot of adorable messages so thank you for reassuring me.
Jake opens up about trolling
Additionally, the update followed shortly after Jake appeared in Loose Women alongside little Leo.

He told the panel: “It was a bit strange, I’ve been on TV long enough to know I’m going to have someone tell me my teeth are too big.

Speaking to a new magazine, he said: “It really shocked me. I’m used to people trolling me, but since I don’t respond to them, they saw an opportunity to target Leo instead.
“It hurts, but you must be asking yourself, ‘Why are people doing this? “
“Sophie got one saying, ‘Why don’t you drown your baby.’ Something has to change with the laws online.
